5% SOLUTION: Small Weekly Steps Equal Sure Success

The Important Role of Nutritional Supplements

This is Robin. And this is our very first motivation Monday video. I'm going to pop in here on Mondays every once in a while just to give you just a little tidbit of information to help you on your amazing journey of feeling so much better and really transforming your health and your lives. And today I want to talk about just this one thing that can make such a huge difference in how you feel and just sort of your transition.

You know, as you're learning all these new things in our resource center, you know, you're listening to the modules and you're downloading the handouts and you're, you know, trying to pull so much together and it can be hard. And I know that you're a busy woman just like I am and that you really need kind of one step at a time. And that brings me to our 5% solution where just by doing one thing, it can make a huge difference over time.

So that one thing is just taking your nutrients. Thanks so much for the hearts. It's just taking your nutrients. And you know, I don't often say that because I believe, you know, food is the most powerful medicine for healing, but sometimes it takes a little bit to get our food act together. And a lot of times we don't feel well enough to make the necessary changes with food right away.

So if you just take your supplements and you're really consistent with them, then you'll start to feel so much better so that you can start making better food choices. And so that you can actually start doing more in our resource center. So you know, we've cut your supplements back by six whole capsules a day. So it's so much more doable. So it's two each of the Rejuva Plus the InsulX and the Poly Plus with breakfast and with dinner.

If you can spread it out like that, it's better cause it'll just support you throughout the day. And you know, if you get off track or you miss, you know, you miss dinner, let's say, then just double up at breakfast the next day, you'll just get that nice boost. They have so many nutrients for energy. And just a sense of wellbeing.

So just take your nutrients. That's my simple Motivation Monday. Stay on track with them. Be Consistent. And when you've got that down, then you can start the next thing.
