I have been on the pill since I was 16 for my PCOS im now 29 and this is my fist time off the pill. I understand that I wont see or feel changes for a while.. but is it normal for one to not get their period the first month.. It has been two weeks or more that I have PMS symptoms Such as very very very tender breast, back ache and extreme fatigue and lethargy like iv'e never had, and recently this week abdominal pain and nothing no period. .I should have started my period on Sunday. I took a PT and it came out negative. Is it too soon? Could it be that my body has been so use to the pill that its trying to adjust.. I feel like my body doesn't know what to do or what it wants.. all of a sudden my normal PMS symptoms don't feel the same as before they are way more intense now. To make matters worse because I have been to tired to work out this month, I have gained roughly 5-7 pounds. I haven't changed my eating habits to have gained so much.. I eat low card high fiber and protein mostly. I'm determine to be patient just a little anxious and worry. I am determined to be patient.. im just a little anxious and worried
