I am totally confused when i buy milk in market...which milk is good for PCOS??? I bought soy milk yesterday, So my question is that soy milk is good or i will try another alternatives ???
Thanks in advance !
You can use milk but I would recommend that you also consider some other alternatives such as unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened hemp milk, etc. If using dairy milk, I would recommend organic and low-fat.
Again, you can use a variety of foods and drinks but you will want to watch your overall carbohydrate intake with a large focus on vegetables for carbohydrates, lean protein and healthy fats, and some fruit.
